Overall

This is absouletly a stunning guitar as far as its sound and looks are concerned. This guitar is full of new features like special tail piece, bridge, knobs, strap buttons & body cutaway style. The most impressive feature of this guitar is the smooth round arch type saddles being utilized in the tune-o-matic bridge. I think this is the best I have ever seen in my whole music career. It has replaced the old sharped edged saddles and provides an unbelieveable comfort and pleasure to the player. This guitar is a beauty from top to bottom & I fell in love with it on the very first sight. The finsh is excellent just like a mirror. All the woods used in this guitar especially fret board are A-class.

Sound

No words for the superior & balanced sound quality of this guitar. The sound is warm, rich, transparent and extra bright. The string to string rasonance is fantastic. Both pickups are very well selected and projects every style of music brilliantly. The sustain is again brilliant and there are no dead spots anywhere found on the entire fret board. I have used this guitar on Fender and Yamaha amps and it handles both of them with grace. I also used it with various effect pedals like Boss & Zoom and again it responds all of them very well.

Look

Stunning looks. It looks like a thousands dollar guitar. The quality of hardware is brilliant. The plastic parts used in it like pickups rings and Nut are belong to high class. The flame maple top is a classic feature which looks amazing. The guitar is slighly slimer than a standard Les Paul but sound wise, feel wise & look wise it is a miracle. The weight of this guitar is very balanced and one does feel tired while holding the guitar in standing position for hours.

Feel

Simply amazing how I first felt when I got this guitar in my hands; I was rather got to be fainted with pleasure with the magnificent feel and the incredible playablity of this guitar. Nothing comes close to it. The fret board is highly finshed with excellent mirror like highly polished frets which are silky smooth. Every corner of this guitar is a master piece. Action is great and factory set-up is flawless. Tunning stability is excellent but still I suggest Nut lubricant to be applied once in a while.

Reliability

I have been using Yamaha guitars for the last 27 years and these never gave me a hard time. They are build to last.

Value

Excellent guitar for any sort of player and I must say that it is a thing which should never be missed by anyone if someone wants to get the right value for it hard earned money.

Other Comments

I only wished it would have been equipped with a coil-tap switch for pickups.

Value
