Overall
A Fantastic guitar. So easy to play!
Sound
Both the great strat sound and with the S-1 circuitry add a whole new range of sounds. can even sound like a Gibson!
Look
3 color Sunburst. Looks awesome and finish is supurb.
Feel
I tried the mexican standards, the Telecaster, the Gibsons and this was hands down the best feeling guitar. The neck is so comfortable and easy to play.
Reliability
Fender American says it all

You cannot find a better value guitar for under 1500 dollars. Goto the store and try them out. You will agree.

If you are ready to buy a Fender. This is the guitar to get. Stay with the American Strat and the S-1 switching just adds to the value and sound of this great instrument.
