S6 CW Cedar GT QII Acoustic-Electric Guitar
User Reviews Review by [anonymous] Overall Awesome ... very playable up the fretboard, very clean highs - attached mine to 75w Crate and plays very clean. QII electronics are simple and don't give you great range to play with but it is very solid. Really enjoying this axe Review by Shane Ryan Overall Bought left handed version of this guitar without pick up. Absoulety fantastic guitar. I love the wider neck of these guitars as i play mostly fingerstyle and have fairly large fingers. Bought this guitar also because i did own a seagull s6 original and loved it. The only downside to this guitar is that the cedar top is easliy marked as it is not a hard timber and my guitar does not have the gloss finish. Just be careful when gigging with this guitar. Other than this i would definitely recommend this guitar to anyone who wants quality without breaking the bank. Sound Lovely mellow tone with the solid cedar top. Great for fingerstyle playing. Look Minimal looks. Not a flashy guitar to look at but who cares. Sound is all that matters. Feel Beautiful guitar to hold and play. The wide neck makes it a dream to play fingerstyle. Neck is also narrow at the back so barre chords are pretty easy to play also but if you have small hands this guitar may not suit. Value Bought this guitar with %40 discount. Massive savings for a guitar worth a lot more than i paid for it. Review by Ben Thompson Overall Great guitar to play, big phat neck, nice ez to use on board controls, its down side (and its a big one) the worst ever input jack ever placed into a guitar! If it lasts more then a week or 2 well then you might have a good one or its getting ready to check out. very poor. Sound great for recording (one line in, and a con. mic) sounds GREAT! If you can keep it from cracking and popping, good luck. Look guitars a guitar looks are secondary, sound is what matters, sounds fine, looks good, ez to play well balanced. Feel plays good, sounds better when you play it loud. Reliability don't DON NOT! play this guitar at any live shows it will let you down and bail on you half way through your favorite song. Value I own a black "frankin-jasmine" that i paid 20$ for and it is the guitar I reach for 1st, , ALWAYS! Not worth 600$ its a dime store guitar, sorry Seagull. Other Comments I worked at a shore selling these guitars trust me, , buy a martin, a Norman, Taylor, guild ANYTHING but this guitar, if your buying it to plug in and play live. BenT Review by [anonymous] Overall THE LOOK, FEEL AND SOUND OF THIS GUITAR IS EXCEPTIONAL. i HAVE THOUROUGHLY ENJOYED THIS GUITAR AND AM WELL PLEASED WITH THE SIZE AND RELIABILITY. NORTH CAROLINA |
