AEG20E Flamed Sycamore Top Acoustic-Electric Guitar
User Reviews Review by Emery Overall overall this guitar is really nice. I bought it used from a guitar shop for around 280 or 290 and it is in perfect condition. I also have a gibson les paul and even though that sounds amazing, the only way to play it is blaring loud and that gets old fast when you live in a small space.. so I went to this acoustic and its really fun. Sound the sound is great on this guitar .. it sounds really full even though it it a full size guitar it feels a bit small and the neck isnt really thick so its very easy for someone that has any size of hand to have great control over this guitar. It is an acoustic electric and the pickups on it are kind of out of date but they still sound good.. but playing it like an acoustic should be played it sounds great .. all depends on what strings you use also Look this guitar looks great. the flame type of top on it is really pretty and has a wood grain kind of pattern on it if you look close... its just a bright, yet subtle guitar Feel like i said earlier this guitar is very easy to control. it doesnt feel big in your arms and lap as you play it and this makes it fun to play for all ages Reliability the strings have broke on it a few times but its mostly because of the humidity in Florida where i live.. the way the bridge works its kind of a pain to re string it string by string but it can be done Value this guitar new goes for 350+ and I got it used from a guitar shop for around 290. its spotless, scratch-less, and in perfect condition so I think the value is definitely worth it! the re sale probably isnt much but... if you get this guitar there wouldn't be any reason to get rid of it. its a great guitar. |
